By booking or participating in a Toba Tripper tour or service, guests acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Tour Details & Changes

All Toba Tripper tours and services are subject to change at the discretion of Toba Tripper. Changes may be made to itineraries, schedules, activities, venues, transportation, or other tour details when reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, availability, safety, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other considerations. Toba Tripper will make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and overall experience of the tour when changes are required.
 

2. Currency & Taxes

All Toba Tripper pricing is quoted and invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD). A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to Toba Tripper services and will be added to the applicable service price unless otherwise stated.

4. Age Requirement

Toba Tripper tours and services are available to guests 18 years of age and older, unless otherwise specified for a particular experience. Guests may be required to provide proof of age where applicable.
 

5. Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are not included in Toba Tripper tour pricing unless explicitly stated in the tour description or booking agreement. Guests are responsible for the purchase of alcoholic beverages unless otherwise arranged by Toba Tripper. All alcohol service and consumption is subject to applicable laws, venue policies, and responsible-service requirements.
 

6. Food & Beverage Gratuity

Gratuity for food and beverage services included as part of a Toba Tripper tour is included in the tour pricing, unless otherwise stated. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is always at the guest's discretion.
 

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Toba Tripper reserves the right to refuse service, modify or terminate a tour, or cancel a booking at any time when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, misconduct, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or other circumstances that may negatively affect the guest, Toba Tripper, its staff, partners, or other guests. Where appropriate, Toba Tripper may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
 

8. Photography, Video & Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, written content, graphics, branding, and other promotional materials displayed on the Toba Tripper website, social media channels, and other promotional platforms are the property of Toba Tripper. These materials may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, manipulated, distributed, published, repurposed, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written permission from Toba Tripper.
 

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables throughout a Toba Tripper experience. Toba Tripper is not responsible for loss of, theft of, or damage to personal items or belongings while participating in a tour or service. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure and exercise reasonable care with their personal property.
 

10. Guest Conduct

Toba Tripper is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all guests, staff, guides, partners, and service providers.

Verbal abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour, intoxication-related misconduct, or other disruptive or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Toba Tripper reserves the right to refuse service or immediately end a guest's participation in a tour if their conduct is considered inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or unsafe. No refund will be provided where a guest's removal or termination of service is acted upon.
 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or participating in a Toba Tripper tour or service, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as Toba Tripper's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. Toba Tripper reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The Terms & Conditions applicable to a booking will be those in effect at the time the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise required by law.
