Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Toba Tripper, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity for our guests while allowing us to fairly manage the time, planning, staffing, and resources committed to each experience.
 

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds are based on the amount of notice provided prior to the scheduled service:

• 7 days or more notice: 100% refund of the service fee.

• 48 hours to less than 7 days notice: 50% refund of the service fee.

• Less than 48 hours notice: No refund.
   

Cancellation notice is considered received at the date and time Toba Tripper is notified in writing.
 

Cancellations by Toba Tripper

In certain circumstances, Toba Tripper may need to cancel a service. We will make every reasonable effort to provide notice and, where possible, explore an alternative arrangement with our guests.
 

Safety or Acts of Nature:
If a service must be cancelled due to safety concerns, severe weather, road or travel conditions, or other acts of nature, Toba Tripper may determine that the service cannot safely proceed. In these circumstances, guests will receive a 75% refund of the service fee.
 

Staffing Shortage:
If Toba Tripper is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to an unforeseen staffing shortage, the guest will receive a 100% refund of the service fee.

Additional Considerations

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Toba Tripper for the cancelled service. Toba Tripper is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the guest, including transportation, accommodation, meals, travel arrangements, or other third-party expenses.
 

Toba Tripper reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may, at its discretion, offer an alternative arrangement, credit, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate. By confirming a booking with Toba Tripper, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
